The one thing I love about exploring new countries is definitely diving into foreign cuisines. When doing my research on San Antonio I kind of knew that I will enjoy a variety of Mexican and TexMex food but my wishes were more then fulfilled. Here are the places I liked the most:

Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture there.. but I think that speaks for itself. I had a deliscious veggie burger with sweet potatoes. The fried cauliflower and avocado are amazing as well.
